The hostel offered a cozy atmosphere and clean rooms. the shower had good water pressure and warm water. the staff was friendly and provided a delicious breakfast. They even accommodated our late check-in at 3am.

I recently stayed at Shelter Hostel for a few nights during my backpacking trip. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and the shared bathroom was kept clean. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurant options nearby and just a short walk to the train station. Plus, the travel agency downstairs made it easy to book a tour to Bromo. The shower pressure was amazing, providing a much-needed relief after a long day of exploring. The hostel also had a chilled common area and a helpful tour desk. this was one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Indonesia.

I stayed at Shelter Hostel for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff, especially Boa, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hostel was always clean and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Despite not having air conditioning in the bunk rooms, the fan provided was effective in keeping the room cool. The breakfast, especially the chia pudding, was delicious. The location was great with plenty of restaurant options nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the train station.

the staff at Shelter Hostel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in arranging my Bromo tour even before I arrived. the cleanliness of the hostel was excellent, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. the showers were also impressive. Despite only staying for two nights, the atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable, and the hostel was conveniently located in the center. The value for money was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this hostel for a pleasant stay. Cons: Nothing! Everything about my stay at the hostel was great! 😊.
